We are recruiting for an experienced QC Team Leader to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will lead a team of QC Analysts, ensuring testing activities are completed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the day-to-day QC laboratory operations
- Provide coaching, training, and technical guidance to the QC team
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and quality standards
- Review QC testing, investigations, CAPAs, SOPs, and change controls
- Support continuous improvement and laboratory efficiency initiatives
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related discipline
- Previous experience leading a QC team within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of GMP and laboratory compliance
- Experience with analytical testing and laboratory systems
- Strong communication and organisational skills
