German Speaking 1st Line NOC Engineer 

Full Training Provided – No Technical Experience Required 

Are you fluent in German and English and looking to start a career in technology and customer support? 

We’re looking for a German Speaking 1st Line NOC Engineer to join our growing team, supporting our German customer base across a range of technical services and connectivity solutions. 

No previous technical or IT experience is required. 


What matters most is your ability to communicate confidently in German, provide excellent customer service, stay calm under pressure, and have a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop the technical skills needed to succeed in the role.

What You’ll Be Doing 

As the first point of contact for our German customers, you will: 

  • Provide friendly and professional support in German and English  

  • Help customers by answering queries and guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps  

  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts or incidents quickly  

  • Investigate issues and gather information to identify possible causes  

  • Escalate more complex technical problems to specialist engineers when required  

  • Keep customers updated throughout the resolution process  

  • Ensure all incidents are logged accurately and managed within agreed service levels  

  • Build your technical knowledge through ongoing training and development  

What We’re Looking For 

Essential: 

  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written)  

  • Strong communication and customer service skills  

  • A calm, professional, and problem-solving mindset  

  • Good attention to detail  

  • Willingness to learn and develop technical skills  

  • Confidence speaking with customers and building rapport  

Desirable (but not required): 

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centre experience  

  • Interest in technology, IT, or networking
