Our client, a well-established independent specialist with over 20 years of trading, is seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Vehicle Technician to join their reputable team in Southampton. - Competitive basic salary circa £38,000 with potential for overtime
- Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 – 17:00, with overtime available on Saturdays

- Conduct routine vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Diagnose and repair vehicle faults accurately and efficiently
- Conduct vehicle inspections and test drifves to evaluate performance
- Complete complex repairs using BMW ISTA diagnostics and Autologic systems
- Maintain comprehensive service records and documentation as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures
- Provide excellent customer service, presenting a professional image
- Minimum City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in fault finding and diagnostics, ideally with BMW ISTA knowledge
- Full UK driving licence with your own toolkit sufficient for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
