You will play an important role in supporting children with a range of additional needs, working alongside teachers and SEN professionals to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Whether supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, your contribution will help build confidence, independence, and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs both inside and outside the classroom.
- Deliver targeted interventions and learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Assist with the implementation of EHCP targets and individual support plans.
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional wellbeing.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Liaise effectively with teaching staff and SEN professionals to ensure consistent support.
- Previous experience working with children with SEN.
- A patient, adaptable, and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence supporting pupils with varying learning needs.
- A genuine desire to make a difference in children's education.
- Relevant SEN training is beneficial but not essential.
- Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant.
